If a student or parent cancels a scheduled session they will be charged a fee.

The time you set using the “Cancelation Window” setting is the amount of time before a session that will trigger the cancelation fee to be charged.

Customizable Session End Times

Enabling the customizable session end times will allow you to set custom end times for each session when creating a Time Slot.

Allow Hour Rounding

Once customizable session end times are enabled you can also then enable the rounding of hours. Once this setting is enabled an allow hour rounding checkbox will appear near Time Slot when creating or editing time slots.

Session Selection Type

Determines what time slot sessions a user can select. “Adjacent” selection limit is 2 unless the time slot is only 1 hour. “All” will reserve any available sessions.

Lock Future Appointments If Balance Is Due and Maximum Drives Reached

This will prevent a student from continuing scheduling drives if they are X drives from completion and have a balance due (example: When the setting is set to 2, a student on their 2nd drive will not be allowed to schedule their 3rd drive if a balance is due on the account).
